The International Society for Inventory Research (ISIR) sponsors a session each year at the ASSA Meetings in January. Next year, the ISIR will sponsor a session at the Meetings in San Diego, California (January 4-6, 2013). At that session, the ISIR will include papers not only on research on inventories but also on related areas such as plant and equipment investment or inventory-theoretic approaches to money and liquidity.
